Terms and Conditions 4dking — Official Platform Usage Guidelines

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4dking platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all 4dking platform users without exception, including casual visitors, registered members, and VIP members. Acceptance of these Terms also constitutes acceptance of the 4dking Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 4dking.

To register and use the 4dking platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online gaming platforms.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or any active gambling restriction program.
• Not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when registering or playing.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 4dking platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being immediately suspended and balances withheld.

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the client display and server records, 4dking's server records shall be used as the definitive reference.

• Sharing or selling your account to another party, or using another person's account without authorisation.
• Manipulating sports betting markets through insider information or unauthorised collusion with other parties.

4dking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity involving the account in question.
• A member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A member fails to submit identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe upon request.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• 4dking management decisions are based on internal risk assessments that are not required to be disclosed to members.

For accounts terminated due to confirmed fraud, 4dking reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account without any compensation.

4dking provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 4dking is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our control.
• 4dking does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or virus at all times.
• Any losses arising from a member's own gameplay decisions are entirely the member's personal responsibility.
• 4dking's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount of the member's most recent deposit.

All content on the 4dking platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, trade names, and all visual elements, is the exclusive property of 4dking or our licensed partners.

• You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, or use any 4dking content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• The trade name "4dking" and all related trademarks are the property of 4dking and may not be used without authorisation.
• Any unauthorised use of 4dking's intellectual property may result in legal action.

4dking reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
